Rebecca Wik

Rebecca Wik is a Melbourne-based performer, choreographer and educator. She works across all three disciplines — performing, creating movement for other people's work, and teaching. Choreography and teaching call on a different set of skills from performance: reading a room, breaking technique down so it lands for a range of abilities, and shaping a piece from the outside as well as from within it. Rebecca brings that dual perspective to the rehearsal room and is equally comfortable taking direction and giving it. Represented by CentreStage Agency, she is available for stage, screen, commercial and event work throughout Victoria, and for choreography and teaching engagements.
