Her performance became one of the most memorable moments of the Games and launched an extraordinary career in Australian entertainment. As a recording artist, Nikki released her debut album Follow Your Heart and achieved huge success with her infectious pop hit “Strawberry Kisses.” The song debuted at No. 2 on the ARIA Singles Chart, remained at No. 2 for seven non-consecutive weeks and achieved Platinum certification, becoming one of the defining Australian pop songs of the early 2000s. Nikki went on to build an extensive career across stage and screen, including starring roles in major musical theatre productions such as The Wizard of Oz, as well as television, film, live events and national commercial campaigns. She has also created successful fashion and lifestyle collaborations, including her hugely popular Kmart clothing range. Today, Nikki continues to perform while sharing her passion for the performing arts through Dance @ Nikki Webster, which she co-founded and runs with her brother Scott.
