John Rousvanis

For the last 20 years, my life has been dedicated to the arts, particularly performance. Although much of that time was spent on live musical performances, it allowed me to grow as an artist. I created independent music videos and short films and have continued my own study of character development. By watching recommended cinema, I have gained deeper insight into conveying and executing various emotions, which in turn has given me an immense appreciation and respect for the dedication and hard work that go into creating all forms of media. I believe developing as an actor is an ongoing process. I am always grateful and honoured to be part of it, and I strive to contribute at the highest professional level. In my view, every individual involved in creating media is integral to its success, but it ultimately falls to the actors to deliver a believable performance. I am interested in taking on supporting roles, smaller roles, or, if appropriate, a main character. Any opportunity to be part of something great, backed by a strong vision, is a privilege I would be delighted to accept. I excel in serious roles, drama, and dark comedy, particularly those involving strong character work, heavy prosthetics, and elaborate costumes. My aim is to continue developing my craft, pushing myself to create a convincing reality that viewers can relate to and be immersed in because, to me, that is what makes films truly magical.
