Ewerton Silva

My journey on stage began back in 2010, when I joined a community production of Mamma Mia. After that, I became the lead singer in a church choir, which helped me grow even more as a performer. After moving to Adelaide, I started performing as a solo Pop/R&B singer at various events and parties. During that time, I felt a deep longing to be part of a musical again, which led me to The Boy From Oz in 2024. I played Trick/Ensemble and it gave me the chance to learn different dance styles and reignite my passion for musical theatre. Following Oz, I was invited to join AYT’s production of Chicago. Mastering the fosse choreographies as part of the ensemble required exact synchronization and sharp technique. My dedication and hard work during that show were recognized with an award from the director and production team—something I’m really proud of.
